Officeware - Booking System - Features


Individual user accounts are available for each member of staff, with account roles - "Manager" - "Administrator" - "Browser" - associated with each account. Where "Manager" has full unrestricted access to all the system's features.

Clients can be added directly to the Booking System or imported into the system via the Data Exchange module. Once added, client details can be edited, if desired, and bookings can be made immediately. The Booking System also distinguishes between Business, Private and Internal clients by allowing the user to define the client type.

Statistics reflect live booking data, and customised reports can be constructed specifically to satisfy business requirements. Reports help to monitor, and ultimatately maximise, room and resource usage.

The Data Exchange module allows the Booking System to work alongside other business systems, such as SAGE, via CSV files. Client data can be imported/exported, as well as, more crucially, the export of invoices.

Clients can be automatically invoiced once bookings are confirmed. Integration with sales ledger is made possible by export of invoices via the Data Exchange module.

The inbuilt Email Notification ability helps keep both client and system administrator up-to-date in relation to booking detail, status and cost.
